Pricing questions
What is a credit?
What a video uses: a 480p video uses 6 credits and a 720p one 10, whatever the number of people or pets. Buying one video gives you exactly the credits it needs; the 24-credit pack is cheaper per video.
Is there a free video or a subscription?
Neither. Every purchase is a one-time payment through Stripe, and nothing renews. The samples on the home page show what you get.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire.
What if a video fails?
Its credits come back to your account automatically. If you bought credits and haven't used them, write to us within 7 days for a refund.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on Stripe's secure checkout. Stripe emails you a receipt.
